Job summary

The Artini Dijiwa Ubud, part of Dijiwa Sanctuaries, offers a Housekeeping Trainee internship to develop hands-on skills in luxury housekeeping. You will learn room preparation to the highest standards and support the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a trainee you will be mentored by senior staff, learn signature cleaning techniques, and engage with Balinese hospitality culture while embracing eco-friendly practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or tourism-related program.
  • Basic English communication skills preferred.
  • Indonesian national ID (KTP) valid for Indonesia.
  • Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as required for hotel operations.
  • No prior housekeeping experience required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to Dijiwa's exacting standards.
  • Learn and apply proper cleaning techniques, including eco-friendly practices.
  • Support turn-down service procedures for evening guest preparation.
  • Help maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report needs to supervisors.
  • Participate in training sessions on hospitality standards, safety protocols, and guest interaction.
  • Collaborate with concierge and front office teams to accommodate special guest requests.
  • Contribute to maintaining the peaceful, serene atmosphere that defines the Dijiwa experience.
  • Follow all safety, health, and hygiene protocols with attention and discipline.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop hands‑on skills in luxury housekeeping operations while immersing yourself in Indonesian hospitality culture and Balinese traditions.

In this role, you will support our dedicated housekeeping team in maintaining the exceptional standards that our guests expect from Dijiwa Sanctuaries. Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality management program, tourism program, or related field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic English communication skills (both written and verbal) are preferred. Valid Indonesian national ID (KTP). Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as required for hotel operations. No prior housekeeping experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
