Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality management program, tourism program, or related field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic English communication skills (both written and verbal) are preferred. Valid Indonesian national ID (KTP). Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as required for hotel operations. No prior housekeeping experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
