Job summary

Asthanesia is seeking an Administrative Support specialist to create, distribute and maintain documents for Finish Goods, Product & Packaging, BOM, petty cash and sample purchases. You will ensure timely BOM data entry, support sensory panel testing, and coordinate packaging deliveries with stakeholders.

Strong Office Apps skills and an proactive attitude are essential, with an advantage for backgrounds in Administration, Chemical Analysis or Food Engineering.

Qualifications

• Able to operate Office Apps.
• Communicative with motivation to excel.
• Background in Administration, Chemical Analysis or Food Engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create, distribute and maintain documents for Finish Goods, Product & Packaging, BOM, petty cash and samples.
• Ensure timely and proper BOM data input to system.
• Ensure timely and proper sensory panel test implementation.
• Purchase sample, material and equipment for R&D support through marketplace or PR process.
• Coordinate package delivery with stakeholders.
• Input and assemble supporting documents for petty cash.
