Job summary

PT Asthanesia Global Investama is seeking a QA/R&D professional to support quality trial improvements in cleaning methods, sanitization, and hygienic enhancements. You will conduct follow-ups with Production/QC, assist trial execution and validation, and ensure complete, well-documented data in line with R&D/QA protocols.

You will also ensure GMP, HACCP, PRP, and Quality SOP compliance, and travel to sites as required while reporting to Head Office.

Qualifications

• GMP, HACCP, and quality fundamentals are essential.
• Experience in QA, QC, or process development in food is preferred.
• Willingness to be placed at factory and travel to sites as needed.

Job description

This role supports quality trial improvements related to cleaning methods, chemical cleaners, sanitation, and hygienic improvements. You will conduct follow-ups on findings and implementation gaps with Production/QC teams until completion, and support trial execution, scale-up, and product/process validation at the factory based on R&D/QA protocols.

Key responsibilities

Support trial improvement initiatives related to Quality including cleaning method, chemical cleaner, sanitation, and hygienic improvement

Conduct follow-up on findings and implementation gaps with Production/QC until completion

Support trial execution, scale-up, and product/process validation at the factory based on R&D/QA protocols

Ensure trial data is complete, accurate, and well-documented

Ensure implementation of GMP, HACCP, PRP, and Quality SOP according to standards

Act as liaison between factory and R&D/QA Head Office for trial updates, issues, and validation results

Escalate deviations or risks that require further decision-making

About you

Minimum S1 in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology or related technical field

Minimum 1 year experience in R&D, QA, QC, Process Development or Manufacturing in Food Industry preferred

Exposure to factory trial, scale-up, validation or manufacturing process is highly valued

Understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety and quality management system fundamentals

Willing to be placed at factory with reporting line to Head Office

Willing to travel to other sites if required for trial/validation
