Hangry Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Investigator to handle customer, outlet, and internal quality complaints in a timely and accurate manner. You will perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

You will prepare detailed investigation reports, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and monitor resolution progress to ensure closures within agreed timelines. Strong Excel skills and clear communication with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of QA, QC, complaint handling, Food Safety in F&B or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheet.

• Investigate customer, outlet, and internal quality complaints timely and accurately.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed, accurate investigation reports and incident records.

• Communicate findings, recommendations, and preventive actions clearly to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process changes.
