Job summary

Integrity Indonesia seeks a Quality Assurance Editor to ensure client reports are accurate, clear, consistent, and professionally written. You will collaborate with Analysts, Verification Specialists, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Literature, Communication, English, or Language-related fields are an advantage).
• At least 1 year of professional experience in copyediting, proofreading, content editing, or quality assurance.
• Excellent written English and Indonesian with exceptional grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the confidence to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
