Job summary

MatchaTalent's client in East Java seeks a QA & Customer Complaint Section Head to lead outgoing quality inspections and drive investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for customer-reported issues.

You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure ISO 9001/14001 compliance, maintain QMS documentation, and develop the Outgoing Quality & Customer Complaint team while communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role overseeing teams.
• Experience handling customer complaints related to manufactured products.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC, AQL, CAPA is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead outgoing quality inspections of finished products prior to shipment.
• Manage customer complaints through investigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Maintain and improve QMS documentation and standards.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the Outgoing Quality & Customer Complaint team.
