Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a QA & Customer Complaint Section Head in East Java to lead outgoing quality inspections and drive root-cause analyses across production, QA, and logistics. You will ensure products meet standards, manage customer complaints, and strengthen quality processes.

The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC within manufacturing, strong leadership, and English documentation skills, with ISO and SPC expertise. Based in Mojokerto with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Diploma (D3) with strong manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong experience handling customer complaints related to manufacturing products.
• Experience in building materials or related manufacturing industries preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC, AQL sampling, CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead outgoing quality inspections of finished products prior to shipment.
• Ensure AQL sampling methods and inspection standards are followed.
• Verify finished products meet internal specs and customer requirements.
• Manage customer complaints with investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Maintain and improve QMS and quality documentation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC).
• Lead and develop the Outgoing Quality & Customer Complaint team.
• Prepare quality reports and management updates.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
