Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, QC, complaint handling, food safety in F&B/FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheet.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Investigate customer, outlet, and internal quality complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and well-documented investigation reports and incident records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to gather evidence, validate findings, and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor complaint resolution progress and ensure cases are closed within established timelines.
• Communicate investigation findings, recommendations, and preventive actions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements.
