Zusammenfassung

PT. Triefta Aroma Nusantara is seeking a Quality Assurance & Management System Manager to lead non-conforming product handling, CAPA, and internal audits.

You will maintain quality documentation, ensure compliance with ISO standards and other certifications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. This role is based in East Java (Driyorejo, Gresik) and involves ongoing liaison with external auditors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Chemical Engineering, or related major required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality control within manufacturing (chemical) industries.
• Strong understanding of QMS and standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal, BPOM, Kosher, and renewal processes.
• Experience in document control management for SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and procedures.
• Capable of internal audits and coordinating external audits and customer audits.
• Proficient in CAPA processes and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with customer complaint handling and quality issue investigations.

Aufgaben

• Manage non-conforming products and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare, control, maintain, and update quality documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related standards.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate preparations for external audits.
• Handle customer quality complaints and perform root cause investigations.
• Deliver training sessions on quality management systems and compliance.
• Manage renewal process of certifications (Halal, BPOM, Kosher, etc.) and support external audits.
• Prepare CAPA reports and responses to customers.
• Provide documentation support for COA, MSDS/SDS, and other customer-required docs.
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to improve quality performance.
• Stay in Driyorejo - Gresik, East Java.

Quality Assurance & Management System Manager

Manage non-conforming products and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Prepare, control, maintain, and update quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Forms, and operational standards.

Ensure that all operational processes comply with the applicable management systems and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Conduct internal audits, follow up on audit findings, and coordinate preparations for external audits.

Handle customer quality complaints and perform root cause investigations to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Deliver training sessions and awareness programs related to quality management systems and compliance requirements for employees.

Manage the renewal process of company certifications and support external audits for Halal, BPOM, Kosher, and management system certifications, including document preparation, audit coordination, and the closure of audit findings to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Prepare and communicate Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports and responses to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality concerns.

Provide problem-solving support related to quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COA), IFRA certificates, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS), and other customer-required technical documentation.

Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented across relevant functions.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to maintain compliance, improve quality performance, and support customer satisfaction objectives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related major

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality control within the manufacturing in chemical industry

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal, BPOM, Kosher, and company certification renewal processes.

Proven experience in document control management, including the administration and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Forms, and company procedures.

Capable of conducting internal audits and coordinating preparations for external audits and customer audits.

Solid understanding of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiar with customer complaint handling processes and quality issue investigations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments, auditors, and customers.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Highly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in managing documentation and quality-related data.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
