Job summary

PT. Triefta Aroma Nusantara is seeking a qualified Finance & Treasury professional to manage accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, treasury operations, and financial reporting in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing and FMCG environment.

You will ensure liquidity, maintain internal controls, coordinate with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), and support budgeting and strategic decision-making across the organization in East Java (Gresik).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, AP, AR or banking.
• Experience in cash flow management, treasury operations, payments, and banking administration.
• Experience with AP/AR processing; supervisory/assistant manager experience is a plus.
• Industry experience in Chemical Manufacturing, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in PSAK, tax regulations, internal controls; ERP experience.

• Monitor daily cash flow, liquidity, and fund utilization for operations.
• Coordinate vendor payments and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare cash flow projections and support liquidity planning.

• Produce financial and cash flow reports for management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Strengthen internal controls and standard operating procedures.

Job description

We are seeking a qualified and results-driven Finance & Treasury professional to manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash flow management, treasury operations, and financial reporting in a fast-paced Chemical Manufacturing and FMCG environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective financial operations, maintaining healthy cash flow and liquidity, managing banking activities, strengthening internal controls, and supporting financial planning and business decisions.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable (AP), or Banking.

Experience in handling cash flow management, treasury operations, payment processing, and banking administration.

Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes will be an advantage.

Previous experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager position will be an advantage.

Experience in the Chemical Manufacturing, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial management, cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and banking operations.

Familiarity with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and financial controls.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, leadership, integrity, and professional ethics.

Willing to work in Gresik, East Java.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily finance and treasury operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash management, and financial administration.

Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, liquidity, and fund utilization to ensure sufficient cash availability for business operations.

Manage and coordinate payment processes to vendors and other related parties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

Prepare and monitor cash flow projections and forecasts to support financial planning and liquidity management.

Manage banking activities, including bank transactions, banking administration, fund transfers, and coordination with banking partners.

Oversee bank reconciliation and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and records.

Ensure effective management of AP and AR processes, including vendor payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow reports, and other financial information to support management decision-making.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Strengthen financial controls, policies, and standard operating procedures to minimize financial risks and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Coordinate closely with the EAD, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth financial operations and effective cash flow management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance finance and treasury efficiency.
