Job summary

PT TRIEFTA AROMA NUSANTARA is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Specialist to optimize PPIC processes in Gresik, East Java. You will manage production planning, inventory levels, and ERP data accuracy to ensure seamless operations.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics to minimize stockouts and costs while applying EOQ, ROP, and safety stock concepts. Strong Excel and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in PPIC roles.
• Strong understanding of EOQ, Safety Stock, ROP, Lead Time, Demand Forecasting, and ABC analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production and material planning to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor and control inventory across warehouses to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Perform demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and replenishment planning based on sales trends and production schedules.
• Maintain inventory parameters (Safety Stock, ROP, EOQ, lead time) to support efficient management.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Conduct stock opname and reconcile variances; implement corrective actions.
• Generate inventory, production, and planning reports to support decisions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics for timely material availability.

Job description

Production Planning & Inventory Control Specialist

Develop and execute production and material planning to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Monitor, analyze, and control inventory across warehouses to minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and overall inventory costs.

Perform demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and replenishment planning based on sales trends, production schedules, and business requirements.

Calculate and maintain inventory parameters, including Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), Demand Forecasting, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and lead time to support efficient inventory management.

Monitor inventory movements through ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.

Conduct regular stock reconciliation and stock opname activities, investigate inventory variances, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.

Generate and analyze inventory, production, and planning reports using ERP systems and Advance Microsoft Excel skill to support operational and management decision-making.

Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow.

Identify inventory risks, operational bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and warehouse performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards.

Willing to work in Gresik, East Java

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Have minimum 3 years of PPIC Roles

Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including EOQ, Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), Lead Time, Demand Forecasting, and ABC Analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, Pivot Tables, and Power Query) for data analysis and reporting.

Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar), particularly in Inventory/PPIC modules.

Familiar with stock opname (physical inventory count), inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
