Job summary

Indesso Group in Pasuruan, East Java, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to control production quality, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with QA procedures.

The role requires hands-on experience with GC/GC-MS, HPLC, and LC-MS, plus strong data recording and cross-functional collaboration. Placement at our Pasuruan plant, East Java, with opportunities to impact multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role from Flavor / Fragrance manufacturing.
• Experience operating GC/GC-MS, HPLC, and LC-MS/LC-MS/MS instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of sampling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Control the quality of production output.
• Maintains, monitors, and coordinates the repair of all equipment while reporting equipment issues to supervisors.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the quality system.
• Verify the results of analyses conducted by Quality Control personnel.
• Verify the inspection results of raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished products against established standards.
• Determine the inspection status of finished products.
• Perform usage decisions in the SAP QM module based on inspection and testing results for raw materials and work-in-process materials.
• Ensure the availability of reagents required for analysis.
• Implement and maintain the quality system in accordance with established quality procedures, quality plans, and work instructions.
• Prepare and maintain quality records related to the implementation of the quality assurance system within the Quality Control scope.
