PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a User Research professional to deeply engage local users, design and conduct experience verifications, and generate actionable insights. You will organize recruitment, on-site activities, and lead one-on-one and group interviews to uncover root causes behind user pain points.

Fluency in English is required with Mandarin a plus; experience with smartphones and digital products is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, Sociology, Marketing, Design, or other related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in User Research, UX Research, Usability Testing, Consumer Insights, Product Testing, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin proficiency will be a plus.
• Experience in smartphone, electronic, digital product application will be a plus.
• Had collaboration with International Team.

Responsabilidades

• Engage deeply with local users, independently organize and conduct experience verification, generate first-line user insights and quickly submit post back.
• Design tasks and organize activities: Design or adjust task cards based on the verification objectives, and complete user recruitment, activity organization and on-site management.
• Lead one-on-one interviews: observe real usage, keep probing for underlying reasons, and dig into users' feelings, problems and pain points.
• Rapid Analysis & Adjustment: Form preliminary judgments on site, and promptly adjust follow-up questions, data collection items and subsequent activities.
• Generate postback insights: aggregate user issues, direct feedback and initial opinions to drive follow-up visits and issue closure.
• Observation and In-depth Exploration: Capable of identifying problems from behaviors and finding out the root causes through follow-up inquiries.
• Organization and Facilitation: Affable and articulate, capable of engaging users and managing both one-on-one and group activities.
• Quick insight: Capable of analyzing while executing, forming a preliminary judgment on pain points and making immediate adjustments.
• Independent execution: Capable of designing tasks independently, responding to changes quickly, and driving initiatives to completion.
