Job Description

We're seeking highly self‑motivated User Experience Research Interns to join our team in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Our platform helps job seekers across SEA, especially Indonesia and Malaysia.

This is a full‑time learning experience. You won't just shadow or assist senior UX people—you will be part of the team from the start. Alongside UX seniors, you will dive into data from our 90k daily average users and have the chance to create impacts on hundreds of thousands of users.

What You'll Learn

• Review, analyze, and communicate data gathered through analytics or feedback channels
• Conduct independent research on multiple facets of our products
• Generate actionable insights from accumulated data
• Determine which research methods work best to tackle design problems or goals
• Work with Designers, Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities and provide meaningful results for strategic and tactical decisions

Qualifications

• Last year university students who have cleared all credits or fresh graduates
• Open to any field of study, though humanities or creative backgrounds are preferred
• Able to work on‑site in Yogyakarta
• Problem‑solving aptitude, with a bias for action
• Acurable curiosity towards human behavior
• Must have a laptop and personal devices for this job
• Committed to a minimum 6‑month internship period
