Job summary

Krom in Jakarta is seeking a UX Researcher to join our growing R&D team. You will partner with PMs, designers, and analysts to convert user feedback and behavior into actionable product direction across multiple product areas.

You will run end-to-end studies, identify opportunities, and support roadmap prioritization with clear insights. The role requires at least 2 years in UX research, plus strong quantitative methods and excellent communication to share findings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on UX Research experience.
• Fintech/financial industry experience preferred.
• Portfolio link in CV is welcome.
• Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Ability to communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify research opportunities and validate them through well-scoped studies.
• Run end-to-end research projects from brief to analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with PMs and analysts to translate findings into direction.
• Support roadmaps by ensuring user insights inform decisions.
