Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia, a multi-brand hospitality group in Jakarta, is seeking a hands-on Purchasing role to manage daily procurement for operations across our brands in Jakarta.

You will source suppliers, compare quotes, process PRs and POs, coordinate with warehouses and finance, and maintain procurement records to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities based on operational and departmental requirements
• Process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures and approval processes
• Source and communicate with suppliers to obtain products that meet required specifications, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Request and compare supplier quotations to support the purchasing and negotiation process
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery according to agreed quantities, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Central Kitchen, Operations, Finance, and related departments regarding purchasing requirements
• Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation, including quotations, POs, invoices, and supporting documents
• Update supplier information, product pricing, and procurement databases regularly
• Assist in supplier sourcing and market research to identify alternative vendors and competitive pricing
• Prepare routine procurement and purchasing reports
