Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to lead the procurement of restaurant operations, Central Kitchen, and head office needs. You will oversee supplier sourcing, negotiation, and development, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

You will monitor costs, enforce SOPs, and develop the procurement team while collaborating with Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to sustain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate the overall procurement process for restaurant operations, Central Kitchen, Head Office, and other company requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor purchasing prices, procurement costs, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and savings.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the procurement team to ensure productivity and compliance with company SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and development
• Ensure goods and services meet the required specifications, quality, quantity, price, and delivery timeline
• Monitor purchasing prices, procurement costs, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and savings
• Supervise the Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) process through to goods delivery
• Monitor supplier performance and handle issues related to quality, pricing, availability, and delivery
• Maintain strong coordination with Finance, Warehouse, Central Kitchen, Operations, and other related departments
• Ensure procurement documentation and administrative processes are complete and properly maintained
• Prepare and monitor procurement reports, purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis
• Lead, supervise, and develop the procurement team to ensure productivity and compliance with company SOPs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure procurement policies and procedures are consistently implemented
