Job description

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing as managerial, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
• Proven experience in sourcing and developing new vendors to enhance and expand business quality
• Established network with vendors, suppliers, service companies, and freelancers
• Familiar with export-import documentation, as well as domestic and international courier/expedition processes (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, data management)
• Strong command of problem-solving tools and methodologies, such as the PDCA cycle
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills
• Willing to work 5 days a week and based in Palmerah, West Jakarta
