Job summary

PT Leon Boga Sentosa is seeking a proactive Procurement Supervisor to lead our purchasing team. You will manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and office supplies, while coordinating import activities with international suppliers and freight forwarders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (S1).
• 3–5 years procurement experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage preferred.
• Deep understanding of food-grade raw materials and packaging specs.
• Import procurement and Incoterms knowledge.

Responsibilities

About Us: PT Leon Boga Sentosa is a growing company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly skilled Procurement Supervisor to lead our purchasing team. If you have a strong background in sourcing raw materials, managing international supply chains, and handling general office procurement, we want you on board!

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process for both direct materials (raw materials, ingredients, packaging) and indirect materials.

Actively source, evaluate, and build a strong network of local vendors for raw materials to ensure supply chain stability, agility, and cost efficiency.

Manage and execute import purchasing operations, including coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and relevant agencies.

Handle all purchasing activities for general office requirements, including office supplies, electronic equipment/IT assets, and sourcing reliable vendors for building renovations and facility maintenance.

Monitor global and local market trends, as well as price fluctuations of food-grade raw materials, to develop cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Handle all administrative and operational aspects of import shipments, ensuring full compliance with customs clearance procedures, import duties, and international trade laws.

Lead negotiations for commercial terms, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with both direct (materials) and indirect (services/renovations) vendors to achieve targeted cost savings.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the procurement staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly and align with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate closely with PPIC, Production, R&D, and Quality Control to ensure all purchased raw materials meet exact technical specifications and food safety standards (BPOM, Halal, GMP).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Procurement/Purchasing, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Team Lead role (Experience in the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred).

Deep understanding of food-grade raw materials, including ingredients, additives, and packaging specifications.

Extensive experience in handling import procurement, with a strong command of Incoterms, customs clearance processes, import taxes, and overseas shipping logistics.

Proven ability to source and manage a wide range of suppliers, from local raw material producers to contractors/renovation vendors and electronic suppliers.

Exceptional negotiation, persuasive communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.

High integrity, strong attention to detail, and solid leadership capabilities.
