Sari Rasa Group is seeking an F&B Process Development Staff (Store Operations) to analyze and improve production processes across Central Kitchen and stores. You will develop SOPs, perform time studies, and visit stores to close gaps, reporting findings and supporting implementation.
The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Travel to stores is required as part of responsibilities.
Analyze and evaluate production processes to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop, create, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Conduct process observation and time studies at the Central Kitchen and stores.
Visit stores to identify process gaps, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
Provide recommendations and support the implementation of process improvements.
Monitor SOP implementation and process standardization across stores.
Collect, process, and analyze production process data.
Prepare regular analysis, monitoring, and improvement reports.
Collaborate with Central Kitchen, Store Operations, Kitchen/Production, QA, and other related departments.
Support improvement projects related to productivity, efficiency, quality, cost, and process standardization.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Process Engineering, Production, Product Development, Kitchen/Restaurant Operations, or Continuous Improvement.
Good understanding of food production processes and kitchen/store operations.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to develop and understand SOPs and process flows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and possesses a continuous improvement mindset.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to travel/mobile to stores as required.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
