Facetology is a local startup in Indonesia focused on beauty and personal care. As a Finance Business Partner, you will bridge the finance team and business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.

The role covers budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or a similar role with relevant exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong financial and business acumen with an understanding of financial planning and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
