Job summary

Facetology is a local startup in Jakarta focusing on beauty and personal care. We are seeking a KOL Admin to support influencer campaigns, keep records of contracts and payments, and coordinate across teams to ensure timely reporting on engagement and costs.

You will work from our South Jakarta office, handling MoUs, invoices, and supplier communications while maintaining accurate KOL databases and ensuring smooth collaboration with external agencies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience handling administrative tasks related to KOLs (agreements, payments, MoUs)
• Interest or experience in the beauty industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating across teams/agencies and handling multiple invoices

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics
• Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, rates, and payments for KOL collaborations
• Monitor and track KOL activities, and support weekly/monthly reporting on content, engagement, and campaign costs
• Handle administrative tasks for the KOL team, including preparing agreements, MoUs, invoices, POs, and processing payments
• Create and update KOL databases to track contracts, performance, and results
• Assist in managing communication and coordination with KOLs

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics
• Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, rates, and payments for KOL collaborations
• Monitor and track KOL activities, ensuring timely updates and supporting weekly/monthly reporting on content, engagement, and campaign costs
• Handle administrative tasks for the KOL team, including preparing agreements, MoUs, invoices, POs, and processing payments
• Create and update KOL databases to ensure accurate tracking of contracts, performance, and campaign results
• Assist in managing communication and coordination with KOL

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling administrative tasks related to KOLs, including agreements, payments, and MoUs
• Prior experience or strong interest in the beauty industry
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, strong time-management skills, and able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in coordinating across teams and agencies and managing multiple invoices simultaneously
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
