RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Project Sales professional for pumps in Jakarta. You will lead pricing, sales planning, and end-to-end project cycles, coordinating with HQ and clients to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, speaks English fluently, and has at least 5 years in project sales for pumps, with strong negotiation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Business-level English proficiency to communicate with foreigners about technical matters.
• Minimum 5 years as Project Sales for Pumps, handling full project sales cycles in foreign companies.
• Strong knowledge of pump products, pricing, quotation, CRM/BI tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, business acumen, analytical and presentation skills; highly goal-oriented and proactive.
• CV in English only.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute project sales strategies, including pricing and sales plans.
• Identify and acquire new project opportunities via market research and proactive outreach to potential customers and partners.
• Manage end-to-end project sales process from opportunity to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; tailor pump solutions to technical and business needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Headquarters on technical, commercial and project matters.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and plans; update CRM with activities and opportunities.
• Monitor project progress, customer requirements and market developments for risks and opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market/project updates to management and Headquarters.
• Perform other related responsibilities as needed.
