Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with at least 1 year in PR, media relations, or corporate communications preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with internal communications, media relations, press releases, and internal campaigns.
• Basic understanding of brand communication strategies and aligning messages with brand positioning.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Internal Communications: prepare and distribute newsletters, emails, announcements, and posters.
• External Communications: coordinate with media outlets and external stakeholders.
• Media Publications: support publication of company activities across media channels.
• Brand Communications: coordinate communication activities with external partners for brand needs.
• Cross-functional Coordination: work with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: contribute to communication process improvements.
• Compliance and Corporate Values: support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5R, OHS, and audits.
