PT Mandiri Sekuritas in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to own end-to-end recruitment—from aligning hiring needs with business units, through sourcing, screening and interviewing, to coordinating assessments and onboarding.

You will prepare offer letters and employment contracts, manage negotiations within approved parameters, maintain hiring documentation and renewals, and keep recruitment dashboards updated to monitor positions, timelines and delays for process improvements.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in employment contract administration and recruitment reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
• CBI Certification or other relevant recruitment and assessment methodologies is preferred.

TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER

Your role:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from aligning hiring needs with business units, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting HR interviews, and coordinating assessments and user interviews through to offering and onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate remuneration packages with Compensation & Benefits, and manage offer negotiations within approved parameters. Prepare employment contracts, ensure complete hiring documentation, and monitor contract renewals.
• Manage recruitment timelines and follow up with hiring managers and candidates to support timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards to monitor open positions, candidate progress, hiring timelines, and recruitment delays, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in employment contract administration and recruitment reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Certification in Competency-Based Interview (CBI) or other relevant recruitment and assessment methodologies is preferred.
