PT Mandiri Sekuritas in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to own end-to-end recruitment—from aligning hiring needs with business units, through sourcing, screening and interviewing, to coordinating assessments and onboarding.

You will prepare offer letters and employment contracts, manage negotiations within approved parameters, maintain hiring documentation and renewals, and keep recruitment dashboards updated to monitor positions, timelines and delays for process improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in employment contract administration and recruitment reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
• CBI Certification or other relevant recruitment and assessment methodologies is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from needs alignment to onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate remuneration packages, and manage offer negotiations.
• Prepare employment contracts and ensure complete hiring documentation; monitor renewals.
• Manage recruitment timelines and follow up with hiring managers and candidates for timely hiring and positive experience.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards to monitor open positions, candidate progress, hiring timelines, and delays, identifying process improvements.
