Job summary

Rukita in Jakarta is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist/Manager to source leads, build relationships with property owners, and promote our co-living strategy. You will report to the Business Development Area Leader and be on the move, driving growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role requires 1–3 years in BD, Sales, Real Estate; startup experience is a plus, with strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and familiarity with Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate or related fields.
• Startup experience would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fast-paced, and adaptable in a startup environment.
• Has a proactive mindset and business sense.
• Currently based in Jakarta, or familiar with the area.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and source potential property for various Rukita product
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing property owners
• Promote the Rukita co-living strategy to property owners to make better living solutions in Indonesia
• Arrange and conduct B2B business negotiation and legal documentation process
