Job summary

Rukita is seeking a Business Development Specialist & Business Development Manager to support the BD team in acquiring new leads and maintaining relationships with property owners, managers, and caretakers. The role is based in Surabaya and offers growth through a fast-paced startup environment.

You will build relationships, promote the co-living strategy, and drive negotiations and contracts with property partners to scale our community-driven housing solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate or related fields.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fast-paced, adaptable in a startup environment.
• Proactive mindset and business sense.
• Based in Surabaya or familiar with the area.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and source potential property for various Rukita product.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing property owners.
• Promote the Rukita co-living strategy to property owners to make better living solutions in Indonesia.
• Arrange and conduct B2B business negotiation and legal documentation process.
