Job summary

Rukita is seeking a Business Development Specialist & Manager in Bandung to support the growth of our community-driven co-living platform. You will source new property opportunities, build relationships with owners and managers, and drive negotiations and documentation to close deals.

The role reports to the Business Development Area Leader and offers growth in a fast-paced proptech startup. Based in Bandung, you will travel locally as needed to cultivate partnerships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Startup environment experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and source potential property opportunities for Rukita products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and managers.
• Promote the co-living strategy to property owners to improve living solutions in Indonesia.
• Arrange and conduct B2B negotiations and legal documentation.
