Job summary

Rukita in Surabaya is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the Business Development Manager by sourcing new leads and managing relationships with property owners, managers, and caretakers. The role requires frequent travel and a proactive, growth-minded approach in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will conduct B2B negotiations, promote our co-living strategy, and help turn spaces into affordable community-driven living solutions across Indonesia, starting with Surabaya.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in real estate or related fields.
• Understanding of the property industry and service management is preferred.
• Experience in startup companies would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fast-paced, easily adaptable in a startup environment.
• Has a proactive mindset and business sense.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and source potential property for various Rukita products
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing property owners
• Promote the Rukita co-living strategy to property owners to make better living solutions in Indonesia
• Arrange and conduct B2B business negotiations and the legal documentation process
