PT. Sunset Bali Properti invites a proactive Property Listing Agent to grow our portfolio of properties for sale and rent in Bali. You will engage owners, secure listings, and collaborate with Sales, Rental, and Marketing teams to maximize exposure and value.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in real estate or sales, and a good understanding of Bali's property market. Motorbike license and independent work ethic are valued.

Preferably candidates who are located around the Bukit Peninsula area: Jimbaran, Ungasan, Pecatu, Uluwatu and Nusa Dua.

Key responsibilities:

• Find and approach property owners who are looking to sell or rent their properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
• Present our services and secure new property listings
• Collect and verify property information, documents, pricing, and availability
• Coordinate with the Sales, Rental, and Marketing teams
• Conduct regular follow-ups with property owners and develop long-term relationships
• Monitor property market trends and provide pricing feedback to owners

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer relations is preferred
• Good knowledge of the Bali property market is a plus
