PROPERTY MARKETING / PROPERTY BROKER

We are seeking a Freelance Property Marketing / Property Broker to join our team. This role will support our property sales and rental activities by promoting property and land listings, generating potential clients, arranging property viewings and site visits, and assisting with negotiations and transactions. The role will cover various types of properties, including villas, houses, land, commercial properties, and other real estate assets.

As a freelance position, you will receive a commission fee for each successfully completed property sale. This role offers flexible working arrangements and is suitable for individuals with strong networking, sales, and property marketing skills.

Job Description:

• Identify and develop potential buyers, investors, and tenants through various channels.
• Market and promote properties, including villas, houses, land, and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain good relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and other relevant parties.
• Present and explain property details, pricing, location, facilities, and terms to potential clients.
• Arrange and accompany clients during property viewings and site visits.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an updated database of potential clients.
• Negotiate between property owners and potential buyers or tenants to achieve a successful deal.
• Assist with the transaction process and coordinate with relevant parties until closing.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads, property viewings, and sales/rental results.
• Monitor property market trends, pricing, and market conditions in the assigned area.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in property sales, real estate, marketing, or property brokerage is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable presenting properties to clients.
• Strong networking and lead-generation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Good follow-up skills and persistence in closing deals.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license are preferred.
• Good English communication skills are a plus, especially for dealing with foreign buyers and investors.
