Job summary

Betterplace Property Management & Real Estate in Bali is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent to convert qualified buyer leads into transactions. You will manage the full sales cycle, advise clients, and maintain compliant documentation while building long-term relationships.

You will research market trends, promote listings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless process. A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications in real estate sales or property law are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or investment advisory.
• Experience with international clients and investment-oriented property sales is highly preferred.
• Fluent business English is mandatory; Indonesian proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate buyer leads through online platforms, referrals, digital campaigns, and property inquiries.
• Curate tailored property shortlists based on client preferences and investment objectives.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings (online and in person).
• Facilitate pricing negotiations and align deal terms between buyers and property owners.
• Assist clients with LOI preparation and signing; coordinate due diligence with notaries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on performance.
