Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in real estate or sales, and a good understanding of Bali's property market. Motorbike license and independent work ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Experience in real estate, sales, or customer relations preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Bali property market a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to ride motorbike and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Find and approach property owners looking to sell or rent.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners.
• Present services and secure new listings.
• Collect and verify property information, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, and Marketing teams.
• Follow up with owners and develop long-term relationships.
• Monitor market trends and provide pricing feedback.
