Our real estate agency, located in Uluwatu (Padang Padang area), is looking for a full-time Listing Agent to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Source and secure the best real estate deals in Uluwatu and surrounding areas
Prospect and build strong relationships with local property owners
Develop and manage a portfolio of listings (villas, land, projects)
Evaluate properties and negotiate listing agreements
Work closely with the sales team until successful closing
This role requires active field prospecting to identify and secure new listings
Excellent knowledge of the Bukit area
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Listing Agent in a real estate agency (mandatory)
Strong local network is a big advantage
Comfortable with field prospecting and negotiations
Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven
Previous experience in real estate or sales is highly preferred
Position & Compensation
Full-time position, based at our agency in Uluwatu
Commission-based compensation (attractive percentage on each completed sale)
Fixed monthly salary
