The role emphasizes coaching promotors in selling and customer engagement, maintaining product knowledge, and coordinating campaigns with third-party agencies to sustain high productivity and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal headcount of promotors per region/outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly sales targets; identify underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy processes, sales campaigns, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain relationships with third-party manpower agencies for quality recruitment.

Job Purpose : To manage and optimize the performance of sales promotors across channels by ensuring effective deployment, capability development, performance tracking, and productivity monitoring to drive sales growth, product visibility, and customer advocacy

Main Responsibilities

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
