• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards.
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments.
