Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a contract-based manager to oversee the promotors across channels, focusing on deployment, capability development, and productivity to drive sales growth and product visibility.

You will determine headcount by region and outlet, monitor targets, coach underperformers, ensure selling skills and brand knowledge, and collaborate with third-party agencies to secure quality recruitment on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
