Job summary

PT Kimia Konstruksi Indonesia, known for CONSOL PRODUCT, seeks a Sales Project Manager based in Gading Serpong to independently manage project-based sales for contractors, developers, and property owners in waterproofing and building materials.

You will identify prospects, prepare quotes, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and oversee projects from order to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field (Civil Engineering, Marketing, or Business is a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in paint, waterproofing, or building materials industry.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously without direct team support.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Good understanding of project workflows and technical product knowledge (or willing to learn quickly).
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license preferred.

• Independently handle sales for project-based clients (contractors, developers, property owners, etc.).
