Job summary

PT LATICRETE Indonesia Abadi is seeking a qualified Technical Sales Engineer to bridge product engineering, sales, and field application across Indonesia's construction sector. You will work with architects, contractors, developers, and distributors to support mortar and construction chemicals projects.

The role emphasizes technical presentations, field troubleshooting, site visits, and training for sales teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building materials, construction chemicals, mortar, tile adhesive, waterproofing, or related industries.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Able to read and understand working drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling technical field issues.
• Communicative, confident, proactive, and able to build good relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Willing to undertake business travel and site visits as required by projects.
• Active Indonesian and English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience conducting product training or technical presentations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations and product presentations to architects, contractors, developers, distributors, and project stakeholders
• Provide technical support, consultation, and troubleshooting related to product use in the field
• Conduct product training and technical training for sales teams, applicators, distributors, and customers
• Assist teams in preparing technical specifications, material recommendations, and tender documents
• Conduct site visits to evaluate field conditions and provide technical recommendations
• Coordinate with Technical Laticrete Singapore/Malaysia teams regarding product updates, technical issues, and project solutions
• Prepare site visit reports, technical reports, and technical recommendations systematically
• Support Sales & Marketing teams in providing technical solutions to increase product confidence and usage on projects
• Follow developments in technology, application methods, and market needs in the mortar and construction chemicals field
