Job summary

PT Nexco Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Sales/Marketing professional to drive growth for its admixture products in the construction sector within Indonesia. You will cultivate relationships with batching plants, contractors, and consultants, and translate market insights into new opportunities.

Requirements include a minimum D3/S1, 2+ years in Sales/Marketing in the admixture industry, knowledge of concrete technology, and an extensive industry network.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 education.
• Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, particularly in the admixture industry (chemical for construction).
• Knowledge and capability related to concrete technology.
• Extensive network and relationships with concrete industry, batching plants, contractors, and consultants.
• Able to drive a car and possess a Class A driving license.
• Honest, hardworking, and strongly target-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure, both individually and in teams.
• Strong skills in Sales & Marketing, Negotiation & Communication, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, and Networking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and marketing activities for company products.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, batching plants, contractors, and consultants.
• Develop networks and seek new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Provide information and explanations about products and concrete technology to customers.
• Conduct follow-up and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Create activity reports and sales results reports on a regular basis.
