Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of new Cove properties in Jakarta/Bali. You will manage technical assessments, CAPEX planning, and readiness, driving handover to operations with a focus on quality and scope alignment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards for property readiness and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering is required.
• 8 years of work experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end property onboarding projects from acquisition to handover.
• Assess properties from technical, condition, and operational perspectives with risk recommendations.
• Review and manage CAPEX budgets during onboarding to control costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear ownership and timely delivery.
• Prepare and review detailed property condition reports for handover.
• Coordinate utilities/services installation and standard household items readiness.

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of new Cove property onboarding projects, from initial technical assessment and CAPEX planning through to property readiness and operational handover.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end property onboarding projects, taking ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets, quality and overall readiness from acquisition through operational handover.
• Assess shortlisted properties from building technical, condition, operational and maintenance perspectives, and provide recommendations on key risks, required works and overall property readiness.
• Review and manage CAPEX budgets during the property acquisition and onboarding process, ensuring costs are properly planned and controlled.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
• Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, ensuring the property's handover condition is accurately captured.
• Oversee the onboarding and readiness of new Cove properties, including utilities/services installation and preparation of standardized household items.
• Act as the escalation point for complex building and technical issues, providing practical solutions and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead other cross-functional or strategic projects as assigned.
