Job summary

Cove, based in Jakarta, seeks a Property Transition Manager for a 1-year contract. Start date October. Reports to Operations Manager. You will manage properties, improve tenant experience, oversee teams, and ensure timely billing and SLA adherence.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2–3 years in property or community management, preferably in hospitality or startups, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Min. 2-3 years in property management or community management, preferably in hospitality or early-stage startups.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experience.
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations.
• Ensure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-ins.
• Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners.
• Manage a team of associates and facilities staffs to perform well and meet our standard of operations.
• Schedule a team of associates and facilities staffs to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio.
• Ensure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLA.
• Responsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling the daily expenses.
• Responsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities.
