Job summary

Cove is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Jakarta to lead end-to-end onboarding of new properties, from initial technical assessment and CAPEX planning through to property readiness and operational handover.

You will manage project scope, timelines and budgets; assess building technical and maintenance needs; coordinate cross‑functional teams; prepare detailed condition reports; oversee utilities and furnishing readiness; and resolve complex issues to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of low-rise/middle-rise building operations and systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work weekends if required.

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of new Cove property onboarding projects, from initial technical assessment and CAPEX planning through to property readiness and operational handover.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end property onboarding projects, taking ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets, quality and overall readiness from acquisition through operational handover.
• Assess shortlisted properties from building technical, condition, operational and maintenance perspectives, and provide recommendations on key risks, required works and overall property readiness.
• Review and manage CAPEX budgets during the property acquisition and onboarding process, ensuring costs are properly planned and controlled.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
• Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, ensuring the property's handover condition is accurately captured.
• Oversee the onboarding and readiness of new Cove properties, including utilities/services installation and preparation of standardized household items.
• Act as the escalation point for complex building and technical issues, providing practical solutions and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead other cross-functional or strategic projects as assigned.
