Cove Living Pte Ltd in Bali is seeking a Project Manager to drive onboarding of new properties on time and within capex budgets. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with property owners to ensure readiness for handover.

The role requires a civil engineering/architecture background, 5+ years in project management, strong MS Office skills, English proficiency, and excellent communication, time management, and teamwork. Weekend work may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of low-rise / middle-rise building operations and MEP systems.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork.
• Willing to work weekends if required.

Responsabilidades

• Visit shortlisted properties and assess building technical quality and operations.
• Prepare and manage onboarding timelines.
• Review and estimate capex budgets during property acquisition.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Cove team and owners to complete works.
• Lead cross-functional team to meet deadlines.
• Prepare detailed condition reports on handover state.
• Onboard new Cove properties including utilities and household items.
• Ad-hoc operations support for onboarding pace issues.

Job Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Head of Projects

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Role Purpose:

• To ensure Cove onboards quality properties and have the properties ready by the agreed timeline and capex budgets.
• To lead onboarding project that involves cross-function team internally and owner vendor / contractor

What you'll be doing :

• Visit shortlisted properties and analyze and do assessment of the properties from a building technical quality (infrastructure and MEP) and operations point of view
• Prepare and manage all onboarding timeline
• Review and calculate the budget of capital expenditure during the property acquisition process
• Prepare properties for onboarding by liaising with Cove cross-function team and property owners to ensure all works and preparatory tasks have been fulfilled
• Lead & manage a cross-functional team involved in the preparation of the properties to make sure the deadlines are met
• Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, to ensure we capture in full the state in which the property was handed over by the landlord
• Onboard new Cove properties (including arranging and supervising utilities/services installation, and preparing standardized household items)
• Ad-Hoc Ops supporting works in solving Building Technical problems if Onboarding properties is in slower pace/not occurred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering
• 5+ years of work experience in Project Management role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications & speak English
• Has knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational workflow & Building system ( structural & MEP )
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of teamwork
• Willing to work over weekend if required
