Job summary

Cove is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end property onboarding, from technical assessment to handover, across Jakarta and Bali. The role requires managing scope, timelines, budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure property readiness.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering/Architecture degree, with 8 years in project management, strong communication and English proficiency, and willingness to work weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering.
• 8 years of work experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; English speaking.
• Knowledge of low-rise/middle-rise building operational workflow & systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of teamwork.
• Willing to work over the weekend if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end property onboarding projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality and readiness from acquisition through handover.
• Assess shortlisted properties for technical, condition, operational and maintenance risks and provide risk-based recommendations.
• Review CAPEX budgets during onboarding to ensure proper planning and control of costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear ownership and timely delivery.
• Prepare and review detailed condition reports for new properties.
• Oversee onboarding and readiness, including utilities/services installation and household items preparation.
• Act as escalation point for complex building/technical issues and coordinate resolutions.

Role Purpose:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of new Cove property onboarding projects, from initial technical assessment and CAPEX planning through to property readiness and operational handover.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end property onboarding projects, taking ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets, quality and overall readiness from acquisition through operational handover.
• Assess shortlisted properties from building technical, condition, operational and maintenance perspectives, and provide recommendations on key risks, required works and overall property readiness.
• Review and manage CAPEX budgets during the property acquisition and onboarding process, ensuring costs are properly planned and controlled.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
• Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, ensuring the property's handover condition is accurately captured.
• Oversee the onboarding and readiness of new Cove properties, including utilities/services installation and preparation of standardized household items.
• Act as the escalation point for complex building and technical issues, providing practical solutions and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead other cross-functional or strategic projects as assigned.
