Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a Property Operations Associate to oversee building management, resolve issues, and enhance tenant experience across our properties. You will collaborate with facilities teams and suppliers to keep spaces safe, clean, and functional.

The role requires a degree and at least two years in property management, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any major (Preferably civil engineering, architecture or hospitality/housekeeping background).
• Min. 2 years in property management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, and/or early-stage startup.
• Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned to any location based on company needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage buildings and resolve issues to improve tenant experience.
• Demonstrate Cove values and uphold operations standards.
• Liaise between Cove and facilities staff on-site.
• Help prepare room inventory reports.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Organize property tickets and requests.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance/repairs.
• Troubleshoot daily facilities issues.

Job Title: Property Operations Associate

Reports To: Property Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively taking care and manage the buildings effectively as well as resolving any issues and continually improving tenant’s experience
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
• Act as the liaison between Cove and facilities staff on the property
• Assist in preparing room inventory report
• Assist in routine property inspections
• Assist in organizing properties’ tickets
• Liaise with service contractors to schedule maintenance or repair of the buildings
• Assist in troubleshooting daily facilities maintenance issues
• Assist in routine procurement of properties’ needs
