Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members for efficient workflow.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports and progress updates.

• Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects moving forward.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to senior management.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team in Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site, where you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing day-to-day construction operations. As Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to our success, as you will be the link between senior management and the construction workforce, ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and operational excellence across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work meets quality standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and photographic records
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to protect all workers and maintain a safe working environment
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly, finding practical solutions to keep projects moving forward
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders
• Train and mentor construction workers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management roles
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from commencement to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations applicable in Indonesia
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Sound understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and resource management
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Physical fitness and willingness to work on-site in a tropical climate
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license (desirable)
• Relevant construction management certifications or qualifications (desirable)
