Job summary

PT BLANKA JAYA INDONESIA is seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to oversee a major building project in Bali. With approximately 80% of the structure complete, you will take ownership of the remaining work to ensure on-time delivery.

You will coordinate around 60 onsite personnel and work with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and contractors to maintain safety, quality, and budget.

This full-time onsite role requires strong leadership and problem-solving to drive smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience in high-rise, residential, hotel projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and own project delivery.
• Willing to work onsite in Bali, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall execution and completion of the construction project from the current stage through to final delivery.
• Manage and coordinate approximately 60 onsite personnel and ensure effective collaboration across project teams.
• Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and construction activities.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, risks, and site-related challenges in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure construction quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and construction regulations throughout the project.
• Drive the project toward successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
