PT VIBE DEVELOPMENT LAB is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to lead and manage daily construction activities on-site for apartment and villa development projects in Bali.
Key responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily construction progress against the master schedule.
Coordinate and manage contractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building standards.
Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage, and site logistics.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, BOQ, and actual work quantities.
Identify project issues and risks and ensure timely corrective actions.
Monitor HSE, site safety, cleanliness, and construction discipline.
Prepare daily site reports, weekly progress reports, and project documentation.
Coordinate inspections, defect/snag lists, and project handover.
Work closely with Quality Control, Cost Control, Procurement, and Design teams.
About you
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or resort construction, particularly apartments, villas, or low-rise developments.
Proven experience managing a full construction cycle from preparation and foundation through structure, MEP, finishing, and handover.
Strong hands‑on experience managing construction activities and contractors on‑site.
Able to read and understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
Good understanding of BOQ, construction quantities, materials, and procurement requirements.
Strong knowledge of construction works including reinforced concrete, masonry, roofing, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP.
Good understanding and implementation of HSE / K3 on construction sites.
Experience working with local contractors and suppliers in Bali / Indonesia, including familiarity with local site practices and community relations.
Willing to work on-site 6 days per week and visit other project locations when required.
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and basic conversational English (B1).
